The film begins with Sona Mukherjee (Jacqueline Fernandez) making a video call with her husband Mritunjoy Mukherjee (Manoj Bajpayee) when she says she is pregnant. Soon after the video call, Sona's ex-girlfriend, Inspector Imran Shahid (Mohit Raina), goes to her house to collect clues on Joey in the serial murder case. Sona thinks Shahid is trying to avenge Joey for taking away his love.
A missing serial killer of six girls in town, later found in an isolated house owned by Joey. All the missing girls are unmarried and pregnant. So Dr. Joey is arrested. Joey's respect for the townspeople becomes furious. Sona is convinced that Joy is acquitted and that Shahid is made up of him, and Joy, who is in jail, and Shri. Joy tells her to ask Rastogi (Darshan Jariwala) for help.
Rostogi recommends Joey get bail. Joy rejected the bail application because all evidence was against Joey. He proposes Sona to prove Joey's innocence illegal - to kill another girl just like the previous 6 had been killed, not Killer Joy. Sona is kind and does nothing illegal, but after finally convincing Joey that there is no other way to prove her innocence, she finally agrees with the plan. Like the previous 6 victims, Sona chooses her neighbor Anushka Tiwari (Jane Marie) to be unmarried. Later, the news of Anushka's death reached the police and the court believes that Joy was not the killer and was granted bail. After Joy returns home, Sona shows him Anushka. In fact, she revealed that Sona did not kill her, but found an unclaimed body and dressed to look like Anushka's body. Meanwhile, when Anushka's boyfriend Siddique chases them, she finds out that Anushka is actually alive and tied up in the Joey Clinic basement. CC tries to save Anushka but she is accidentally trapped in the cupboard. Sona woke up at night saying that Joey was missing. Her sixth consciousness tells Anushka that she is in the clinic trying to do something, so she immediately goes there and kills Anushka in search of Joey. Sona, who realizes that she has murdered six girls, now tries to save Anushka, but fails when she places her hand on the table with her skull. Siddique hooks Joey, but he tries to contact Shahid to tell him what's going on, and the second one comes up soon, only to bring down Joey. Joy is now leaving Anushka in front of them and is about to split up. Shahid frees himself, stabs Joey and saves others. Sona wakes up in the hospital with Shahid.
He tells her that Anushka is not suing her because he saved her life. Happiness rescues the Doctor and is alive, but he escapes the hospital before anyone knows him. Rostogi, already aware of Joey's crime and his role in the killings, accepts Joey and gives him shelter.
